Jessica De Somma
Growing up on NJ beaches Jessica started styling hair in 2012. For five years she focused on thick wavy hair on most of her clients in north Jersey. During that time Jessica took master classes at Vidal Sassoon in New York studying precision cutting and creative color techniques. Moving to northern Philly she mainly worked with blondes for a year.
Jessica and her husband took a life changing honeymoon to southern India in 2018. With an adventurous few months and a cross-country road trip, they were inspired and moved to south Denver. Hair has always been an obsession but on her days off she spends her days hiking, snowboarding, doing yoga, visiting museums, and enjoying great restaurants.
Over the past five years of enjoying Colorado, Jessica has done many corrective colors, balayages and fashion colors.
Jessica has a background in yoga teaching and has studied ayurvedic holistic health at Kripalu. Starting Prana Beauty and Wellness Salon has allowed her to bring together her love of hair and her values of respecting nature and the environment. Prana uses premium eco friendly, naturally derived products and most of the salon waste is recycled through Green Circle Salons.

Billy Conklin
Billy, originally from New York, moved to Breckenridge, Colorado, in 2008 to pursue a career in the snowboard industry. While in Breckenridge, he began an apprenticeship in kitchens, eventually working his way up to Sous Chef at several restaurants in Summit County. After eight years in the culinary field, he transitioned to management, overseeing operations at Modis and Pour House in Breckenridge.
In May 2020, Billy moved to Denver to follow his passion for hair. He enrolled at Paul Mitchell School to train and obtain his cosmetology license. After graduating, he completed two years of apprenticeships in various salons, refining his technique and developing his unique style. Today, Billy specializes in all types of blonding, color, filling, and toning. He is also skilled in cutting long hair, creating layers, and performing clipper cuts.
Billy takes pride in getting to know his clients and understanding their hair goals to create something beautiful with each salon visit. Outside of work, he enjoys music, movies, pop culture, spending time with his cats, writing cookbooks, fantasy football, and all sports.

Aloha, Yvonne Renee has been in the salon industry for 29 years. She attended Aveda Institute in Denver, inspired by the original creator and stylist Horst Rechelbacher and his Ayurvedic approach and caring philosophy.
Co-creating with clients while using organic, botanical ingredients is at the heart of her mission and passion. After spending time in Breckenridge, Hawaii, Florida, and Tennessee—and eventually returning to “Coloradical”—Yvonne has gained experience working with a wide range of hair types, lengths, and styles.
She loves working with most color, especially custom blonding and lived-in styles that grow out effortlessly. Yvonne also enjoys cutting a variety of hair types, creating designer styles, barbering, and styling updos—all while using luxurious products that support hair and scalp health and reflect her commitment to sustainability, future generations, and the connection between humanity and nature.

McKenna May
Growing up, McKenna watched her mom run a successful hair business from home, spending years observing her cut, color, and transform clients' hair. After serving and having a career in the medical field, she decided it was time to follow her passion and her mom's footsteps by attending beauty school.
After graduating, she completed a year-long apprenticeship in South Denver, where she refined her techniques and built confidence behind the chair. Now, with eight years of experience, she specializes in balayage, blonding, and vibrant fashion colors, helping each guest achieve a look that feels uniquely their own.
A true Colorado native, McKenna loves spending her free time in the mountains, paddleboarding, enjoying live music on a sunny patio, or relaxing with her boyfriend and their puppy.
